State of Florida Certified Contractor – this allows us to do major rehabs and renovations to your home, along with build new ones.

Florida Heat, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) State License – this allows us to do new A/C installs and repair work.

Insurance

Full coverage liability insurance – this covers all workers on the job for liability up to $2,000,000 per incident in case someone was to get hurt.

Dishonesty Bond – this covers any theft and / or vandalism to materials and equipment being used in your home.
